The Political/Economic Section

The Political/Economic Section at the U.S. Consulate Naples is responsible for following economic, political and scientific/environmental developments in southern Italy, in particular tracking issues such as protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), economic development of the South, law enforcement, and port security. 

In addition, the Section provides official information about U.S. government decisions and policies to the regional and local authorities throughout the Consular district.
